We are - like so many others - organising ourselves for the Big Summer Holidays - a joyful occasion - no doubt about that - except for the twinges of anxiety I get when trying to ensure I have brought everything I will need or anticipate needing for all 5 of us for 6 weeks away! Actually, even if we were going away for 10 days I would probably need to bring the same gammet of ‘things’. So here are my suggestions for an essential take away remedy kit which frankly we should have in a pouch around our waists at all times!! Bach Flower Rescue Remedy, bottle of pure lavender oil, Ainsworths Remedy Kit, Stars my blend of oils to help sleep. Pack that up and whatever else you forget you can usually buy when you get there!
